AWS is no longer supporting Amazon Linux, so we have moved to a new Ubuntu-based instance. Because data migration was not technically feasible, all users must:
Sign up for a new user account on this instance.
Reconfigure your profile settings, such as timezone and company.
All new deployment activity should take place in this new instance immediately.
Legacy Instance (90-Day Access)
Accessing Old Data
The legacy site at watchman-legacy.servicemax.com is still accessible until October 19, 2026 to view old accounts and complete outstanding activity.
Warning: The old instance data will be permanently deleted at the end of the 90-day transition period.
Data Backup & Migration Instructions
Manual Data Transfer
If you wish to retain or move data from the legacy site, please use the following methods:
1. Download Deployment Backups:
Download metadata ZIP files of previous deployment attempts
Workbooks can be downloaded for each Snapshot and/or Manifest.
Download the Deployment Result Spreadsheet for any deployment run to keep as a permanent record.
2. Recreate Manifests:
Recreate your environment in this new site.
Download the package.xml file from the legacy site for your manifest.
Upload that file into the new manifest on your recreated environment to effectively recreate the manifest.
